Member Service Terms

All product prices and discounts are based on the information currently displayed on our website.
All goods are settled in Hong Kong dollars.
You must complete the information on the online order form to conduct online transactions.
After receiving your order information, our company will make a final confirmation and arrange the delivery or self-collection as soon as possible.
Our company reserves the right to change the price of the goods without prior notice. All orders must be determined by our company at its sole discretion and the order is confirmed based on actual situation
After your online transaction is completed, we will email the purchase receipt to your e-mail address, but all orders are subject to the availability of relevant goods for final confirmation.
After confirming the order, if you notify us to change your address during the delivery period, our company reserves the right to charge you additional delivery fees.
All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of relevant goods. If our company is unable to provide any goods or services on your confirmed order, we will notify you by phone or email to arrange replacement items on or before the delivery date you requested.
When you receive the goods, you must check whether the ordered goods are correct and in good condition . If the goods are found to be wrong and/or damaged (excluding those intentionally damaged), please notify the customer service department of our company within 7 working days from the date you received the goods to arrange replacement of the goods.
If any disputes arise due to replacement, our company reserves the right to make the final decision.
If the company is unable to accurately provide the goods and/or services you need due to force majeure reasons (including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, floods, accidents, riots, wars, government policies, strikes or any situation beyond the control of our company). Our company will not bear any responsibility or compensation.

Shipping policy

Thank you for ordering products and services from “Antonhill”. Since all products in this store are produced on demand and are not in stock, “Antonhill” will arrange production immediately after receiving the order, and will complete and arrange to ship the product within the delivery period.

Except for special requirements, orders from Hong Kong and Macau will be shipped through SF Express, you will pay delivery charges directly to the courier upon receiving the goods.

Orders from other regions or countries will be shipped through Fedex or other courier company. Please pay delivery charges directly to the courier company when you receive the goods.

The ownership of the merchandise ordered by the customer will be delivered to the customer when the supplier sends the merchandise, and the risk in the delivery of the merchandise will be borne by the customer and the courier company.

When total sum of an individual order from Hong Kong or Macau reaches HK$1000, Antonhill will offer free delivery for that particular order.

After the order is completed, the system will send the tracking number to you. You can check the delivery status of your order by logging into the official website of SF Express or Fedex or the relevant courier company. Please note that the delivery time does not include the shipment time. Generally, delivery takes 2-3 working days(for Hong Kong and Macau) or 4-7 working days (for other area or countries). If you have any questions about the delivery, please contact the courier company for follow-up. “Antonhill “does not guarantee shipment matters.

Goods can directly ship to your residence or working places (industrial and commercial address). For HK Customers, you can also choose any S.F. Express. Please login www.sf-express.com to check address point to pick up the goods.

Replacement and Refund Policy

If you find any damage or production error after receiving the goods, we are happy to replace the product for you, but we will not accept return or refund. Only if our company is unable to provide goods or service after your order is confirmed and you cannot find suitable replacement, we can accept your application for return and refund.

How to apply for replacement
1. The replacement application should be made within 7 working days from the date you received your goods.
2. Please take a photo of the bad and/or wrong product and the order invoice, and email to enquiry@antonhill.com.hk
3. After the “Antonhill” customer service staff confirms in writing that the product can be exchanged, please mail or personally deliver the product to the following address:

4. 1.4 If you choose to return the product by mail, please bear the freight yourself.
5. 1.5 Generally, “Antonhill” will arrange re-production after receiving the returned product and send it out within 14 working days
Products subject for replacement must fulfill the following criteria:-
1. Product and accessories are in good condition and can be resell again.
2. Hang tags are in good condition.
3. The product must be brand new, unused and has not been washed or ironed.
4. In case of any dispute, “Antonhill” reserves the right of final decision.
How to apply for refund
1. When we find out we cannot provide the goods or services of your confirmed order, we will request you to choose other products for replacement.
2. If you cannot find suitable replacement, please e-mail your refund request to enquiry@antonhill.com.hk
3. When received your refund request, we will pay the money back to your bank account within 7 working days.
Order Retrospective period

All disputes related to the order, including but not limited to missing or incomplete goods, defective goods, etc., must be submitted within 20 working days (for Hong Kong and Macau orders) or 35 working days (for other areas and countries). The company reserves the right to refuse to accept disputes beyond the time limit.
